Recommit to choosing yourself.

Your inner saboteur, at times, disconnects you from your body, sending you on a wild goose chase inside your head to figure out the needs of others, and to find fulfilment by being of service.

Connected to your body, you can feel the truth about what lights YOU up, what things are important for you to spend your time on – or to avoid, from your own inner guidance.

A simple but powerful exercise to reconnect yourself to truth, is to put your hand on your heart, close your eyes and say a little prayer:

“Thank you for loving and supporting me. Help me to discern what is important to me today, and give me the courage and focus to create what I need”.

Start Small.

When you have honored your own needs first, you are able to serve others from place of discernment, wisdom and love.

As a recovering people pleaser, have many tools for you that will shift you back into a self-loving peace, some of which are on their way to you already.
